I'm excited to present this three trading ideas ahead of the companies earning releases in October that have great risk reward rations.

Range on Abbott Laboratories

Abbott Laboratories is a multinational company engaged in the design, research, development, manufacture and distribution of medical and pharmaceutical products, including nutritional, diagnostic and device products.

The company just completed the acquisition of Bigfoot Biomedical that will expand the company presence in the diabetes care sector. It will also release earnings on Oct. 18 and will act as a catalyst for our trade.

From a technical point of view the shares are oversold and the price is rising from the bottom of the range that started in October 2022. We can buy here with a tight stop loss and target the upper range which is 110-115.

Simple Trend Play on Netflix

Netflix, Inc. is an American company headquartered in Los Gatos. Founded in 1997 by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph, the companies primary revenue is based on video streaming subscriptions, offering a library of movies and television programs, including those produced within the companies.

The company will release earnings on October 18 and ahead of that we have a bullish engulfing candle that formed at the 200 EMA support. We can buy here with a tight stop loss and target 450 within a few months timeframe.

Amazon is undervalued

We all know Amazon, I don't think I need to present this giant and the corporation is presenting increasing cash flow, increasing income and net sales. This will ultimately result into another leg up as I expect the minor correction to be over.

We can long this one on long therm and when I say long it's really long, a 10 year timeframe it's on my mind but if you like to trade it on short term you can target the $180 range.

Investing in shares and hedging on collateral using CFD is advised and don't forget that all trades carry substantial risks.
